Progress has been made regarding the final proof read of Walls of Shadow. The changes have been made and the work is almost polished, though I continue to find more errors! Despite this, I have printed and packed some work, which has been vigorously proof read and edited by myself and others, and sent it to an agent. Currently I am waiting to hear from them.
Also, I have ordered a number of business cards to be printed. This way I can lavishly distribute my details about the literary world and maybe spread the name of the Fengelisa.
Finally, I have been in touch with a very talented fantasy illustrator known as Noel Guard. We are currently discussing some artwork which I hope to use for my promotional material. With his permission I shall attach a link to the blog and perhaps even attach some work for those that are interested.
The moment I have feedback from agents or further news you will hear it here first.

THE STORIES: WALLS OF SHADOW
SYNOPSIS:
The land of the Fengelisa has been at war for seven years. Hornturn City, the greatest city of the land, is about to fall beneath the relentless assaults of Wardle and his countless minions, the Husks. Warriors swarm over the walls and slice and clash against the weakened defenders. Duke Vaughn and his Champions and Generals flee from the city and seek a new haven in the waiting fortress of Kolbain City. Border by three gigantic peaks of rock and an abyssal lake, the city can never be taken.
Refugees pour from the northern cities and race across the plains in search of the new walled city. Lewis and his wife, Adonia, travel with their companions, Victor and Cora. Lewis is a young man and a warrior skilled in the sword art of Lay-Russ. Despite his abilities he carries the loss of his parents as a heavy burden and fears failing his one true love, Adonia. Victor is a former landlord of a tavern within Hornturn City. A broad axe is his weapon of choice which he wields with deadly precision.
Their sole aim is to survive the war which Wardle is spreading across the land and leaving nothing but fear and death in his wake.
A destructive army arrives at the shores of Kolbain Lake; the masses spread far across the northern plains and draw warriors from all corners of the Mapped World. The citizens and warriors of Kolbain City face the brunt of the onslaught with bravery and valour.
With each new day of the siege Wardle unleashes a new wave of mayhem to breach the high city walls. With the city on its knees and death a bed companion for Lewis the walls become drenched with blood. The unbound power of the legendary Lartinfeious is inadvertently released and floods the blood of the grief stricken Lewis. But what sin has the Duke committed by instilling a lost soul with his unbound power?
